The Pool specialises in ‘collective intelligence services – enabling clients to ‘pick the brains’ of some very experienced people without over-burdening them with consultancy days or costing a fortune. The ‘Constructive Review’ service offers a self-contained review of a project, site or policy proposal using the collective intelligence of selected experts from our expert panel.
We send background papers proposal to between four and eight of our most senior associates with relevant experience. They return their comments to us and, after detailed phone interviews, we prepare a synthesis of their contributions – a ‘collective intelligence report’.
In some cases the Constructive Review can be a stand-alone service for organisations wishing to get some immediate feedback. Often it is used within a larger piece of work to provide expert challenge to some of the fundamental premises of the project, or to target advice at specific aspects.
We draw the constructive review from our expert panel which includes:
